Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Monthly accounting reconciliation across multiple companies.
- Entering bills and audit on QuickBooks for discrepancies.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual tax return with third-party CPA firm.
- Generate and distribute invoices from accounting system.
- Communication with vendors’ procurement departments.
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing and invoicing.
- Maintain sync from multiple systems to QuickBooks.
- Maintain loans and line of credits.
Kualifikimet
Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- QuickBooks it’s the system that we currently use so its favorite.
- Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Preparing clear reports meeting deadlines. Experience 1-3 Years
