Our company is a consultancy firm in the industry of trading online that gives online assistance to its clients.
We are currently seeking to recruit an; Agent for remote job/smart working

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conversion of leads into client
- Make retention of the converted client giving them assistance
- Promoting the company’s products and services to clients (already opted in)
Kualifikimet
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales or retention in the forex/trading online industry, telemarketing or call center
- Excellent communication silks in Italian. Italian mother tongue is a must.
- Self-motivated and goal-orient with a strong will to succeed.
- Able to work alone
- knowledge of the FX industry (optional)
- Not afraid to receive bad answer on the phone
Required Language Skills:
Italian – high level or mother tongue
Remuneration Scheme:
- Salary + sales bonus + retention bonus
