Description

To handle for FIX products; churn and product enquiries as per campaign needs.
To contact customers via phone with predefined scripts with the aim to fulfil the goal of the campaign.

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Contact via phone existing customers for payment purposes in order to reach churn target.
• Contacts via phone potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Takes feedback and delivers feedback as per requests. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Shows persuasive and persistent behaviour with the goal to deliver the call’s goal
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the “extra mile” to meet the goals
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Possesses excellent communication over phone skills and patience.
• Pleasant telephone manner and helpful attitude to callers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Customer focused and persuasive skills oriented
• Ability on being confidential
• Good knowledge of FIX products
• Flexibility to adapt as per company changes that result in task changes/modifications for the role.
• University degree required
• Good English knowledge
• Very good typing skills and ability to operate the PC .
• Very good team player.
