CRM Applications Management Specialist Purpose of Position Responsible for the day to day support, operations and implementations of SAP CRM and other Business systems in the Albtelecom enterprise.

Main Tasks :
- Analyze and implement appropriate business solutions to problems associated with the marketing, network and sales processes entered through SAP CRM, GIS and Middleware ;
- Applications Manage issues associated with project requirements, design conflicts and change management;
- Communicate process and functional requirements to other work teams Participate in the preparation, development and implementation of business requirements from a business and technical perspective ;
- Active involvement in the development, testing, training, integration, change control and acceptance processes of SAP CRM
Kualifikimet
Skills ;
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms, Oracle, MapInfo ;
- Strong analytical skills, understand data, and have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Self-starter and able to work independently and at the same time, be a team player and collaborate to meet critical project timelines;
- Results-oriented, pragmatic approach to problem solving;
- interpersonal skills to act as advocate for consensus on complex issues ;
- Very good knowledge of English
Experience Minimum 1 year experience in similar field
Education: MS/BS degree in Business Informatics, Telecommunication Engineering or Information Technologies
