Job Overview
Direct Dials is seeking Debt Collection Specialist (DCS) to join our ever growing team.
#Salary -850 USD/Net + Bonus

Responsibilities;
- Manages defaulted accounts by identifying and negotiating settlements and payment plans.
- Review open accounts for collection efforts.
- Follow up with every account via calls, emails, or any other method available.
- Maintains and updates notes in the database/system.
- Collects and follows up with account payments Conducts in-depth research in order to facilitate the collection process.
- Strive to maintain excellent relations through professional conduct
Kualifikimet
Qualifications and Requirements;
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Access.
- Experience in a telecommunications environment is preferred.
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- C1 and/or C2 proficiency in spoken and written English .
