Job Overview
Fix Access Specialist Purpose of Position
Operation and Maintenance of Access Equipment of Fix NGN Network; ZTE and Huawei MSANs, Implement, Configure, Provide, Maintain and Deliver the Voice and xDSL for the end (over Cabling network).

Main Task
- Follow up and monitor service availability of all NGN fixed switching systems/networks elements.
- Execute standard and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure 100% service availability of NGN fixed switching systems/networks nodes.
- Execute operation procedures regarding configuration & implementation of existing and new services, subscribers, interconnection operators.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting procedures remotely and locally for resolving reported MSAN’s issues;
- Perform MSAN commissioning and optimization according to respective procedures and needs;
- Follow and support MSAN environment check related to power, sensors, general conditions;
Kualifikimet
Skills
- Very Good Understanding of Fixed NGN interfaces & Codecs used,
- Experience on SIGTRAN, RTP, H.248, SIP-I, SIP & RFC 3261, RFC 2848, RFC 2833 protocols Interconnect strategies- Both TDM and IP based International and National Knowledge of Computer Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, HTTP);
- Basic knowledge of IP/MPLS, VPNs, VLANs, LAN switches
- Good understanding of OSS/EMS ZTE MSAG5200
- Operation & Maintenance Training
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good communication and team working abilities;
- Availability to work overtime when needed;
Experience
- At least 1 year’s previous experience in a similar position;
Education
- University Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science /Computer Engineering /Electronic;
