AIC TRAVEL GROUP SA – SWISS Tour Operator -WHOLESALER WWW.AICGROUP.BIZ FREELANCE BOOKING AGENT – ENGLISH SPEAKING AIC TRAVEL GROUP SA – WHOLESALER TOUR OPERATOR BASED IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, operating more then 20 years in all other the world. Start basic salary from 400 eur to 600 eur with the possibility to grow.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- You are a motivated person;
- Your personal PC;
- Good English (Russian/ Italian) communications + any other language (writing/speaking);
- Your experience in tourism not less then 2 years;
- Knowledge of online systems (like AIC, Goglobal, SpecialTours, Tui, Booking.com and similar;
- Good level of negotiating with suppliers;
- Quick learning skills (to follow the bookings/emails/Skype chats/phone calls);
- Management of the emergency cases, complaints, relocations, etc..
- Good logic and patience in providing high level support to the customers;
- Full working shift (8.30h per day, 5 days a week);
- Duty schedule can be for Saturdays and Sundays with additional days off;
- Night shifts – 1 week in 2 months;
- There is No partial work, we require FULL OCCUPANCY!
