HR/OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a dependable and dedicated HR Assistant to join their team. This individual will support the HR team with both human resource-related and administrative related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner and create a welcoming environment;
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls and take messages;
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, order and distribute office supplies as necessary;
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings,
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files etc.
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy;
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team;
- Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events and maintain agendas;
- Help with the new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate people.

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and comfortable working independently;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Good time management skills;
- Ability to handle stressful situations;
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 14:30-22:30 CET
