Job Overview


We are seeking a dependable and dedicated HR Assistant to join their team. This individual will support the HR team with both human resource-related and administrative related responsibilities.



  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and create a welcoming environment;
  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls and take messages;
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, order and distribute office supplies as necessary;
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings,
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files etc.
  • Receive invoices and review for accuracy;
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team;
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events and maintain agendas;
  • Help with the new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate people.



  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and comfortable working independently;
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Good time management skills;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations;
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 14:30-22:30 CET
