Person Specifications:
- Knowledge of main operating systems’ servers (Linux, Windows Server)
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP stack, firewall, routing, vpn), router (preference for Mikrotik router), Lan and Wlan
- Knowledge of webserver (apache, nginx)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure monitoring tools (Nagios)
- Database Management (MySQL/MariaDB) and scripting SQL
- Troubleshooting of IT problems, managing ticket portal
- Voip experience, knowledge of issues related to softwares like Asterisk, Vicidial
- Preferred Knowledge of scripting PHP
