Duties and responsibilities
- Recruits the personnel for all the departments of the company, in required qualifications;
- Plans and conducts all recruitment process such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize and interviews, selection of the personnel and keeping data for every applicant in a database;
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching candidates already in work;
- Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process are carried out, especially making ready necessary documents for registration of new personnel ready;
- Prepares reports related to the recruitment process;
Kualifikimet
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment;
- Very good communication and organization skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal);
- Able and flexible to work in a dynamic environment and meet defined deadlines and objectives;
- Being creative in the recruiting strategies;
