Purpose of the position:
Sales representatives are one of the key tools of Sales, and their role to increase the customer base and directly contribute at increasing the profit of the Company.
Duties
- Responsible for giving effective and high quality service to every customers that enters in Point of Sales
- Deal with complaints from customers
- Discover and handle concerns from customers
- Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
- Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company
- Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers.
Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- Customer oriented people
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Able and willing to work in team
- Willing to work under pressure
- Technology awareness
