Duties and responsibilities:
– Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
– Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with our brand and mission
– Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Publer
– Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
– Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
– Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
– Develop strategies that drive customers to the website and our social media platforms by implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
– Improve the design, traffic, and content of the website
– Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
– Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
– Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
