Role purpose: To close sales and/or deals through telephone by creating a strong relationship with the customer and by fulfilling company and customer satisfactions requirements.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership • Contact via phone existing or potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Shows persuasive and persistent behaviour with the goal to close the deal
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales goals
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Experience as Telesales representative for different markets
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
• Possesses excellent communication over phone skills and patience.
• University degree required
• Good English knowledge
• Very good typing skills and ability to operate the PC .
• Very good team player.
• Pleasant telephone manner and helpful attitude to callers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Customer focused and sales oriented
• Ability on being confidential
