Webmaster and I Level Application support specialist
Job Definition The main role of this position is to maintain the bank website and to follow I Level Application support.
Main Job Responsibilities
- First Level Support for Bank Applications,
- Monitor and analyze website performance,
- Update website content,
- Record/ update documentation in system.
Minimum qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology fields.
- Very good knowledge of English Team player and very good communication skills
- Very detailed-oriented Experienced as a Webmaster is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relative IT fields.
